Terms of Service
1. Service
Hybrid Fusion is an AI intelligence platform that routes queries to multiple AI models via OpenRouter and synthesizes their responses. The service is provided "as is" and may change at any time.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and purchase points.
3. Points and Payments
- Points are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by law.
- Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Hybrid Fusion does not store payment card data.
- Trial points (100 pts) are granted once per account upon registration.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Hybrid Fusion to:
- Generate illegal, harmful, or deceptive content
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits or security measures
- Reverse-engineer or scrape the service at scale
- Use the service for spam or automated abuse
5. AI Limitations
AI models can make mistakes. Hybrid Fusion does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated response. Do not rely solely on Hybrid Fusion output for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions.
6. Data
Conversation history is stored to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for details. You can delete your conversations at any time from the app.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Unused points are forfeited upon termination for cause.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hybrid Fusion's liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for points in the 3 months preceding the claim.
9. Right of Withdrawal — Digital Content
Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU Art. 16(m), you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once digital credits are delivered to your account. By completing a purchase, you explicitly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge this waiver. This is disclosed and confirmed at checkout.
10. DSA — Platform Transparency (Digital Services Act)
Hybrid Fusion is a micro-enterprise (fewer than 50 employees, under €10M annual turnover) and qualifies as a "small provider" exempt from extended DSA obligations under Regulation (EU) 2022/2065. However, we voluntarily commit to:
- Responding to any illegal-content notice within 72 hours
- Providing a single point of contact for authorities: hello@hybridfusion.eu
- Not using dark patterns or deceptive interfaces
- Not targeting minors with personalized advertising
11. Dispute Resolution
We are committed to resolving disputes amicably. If you have a complaint, contact us first at hello@hybridfusion.eu. If unresolved, EU consumers may use the Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) or contact their national consumer authority. Romanian users may contact ANPC (anpc.ro).
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Romanian law. For EU consumers, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence also apply.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email at least 15 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
